Johns Creek ranks eighth of 551 Georgia cities in the index.
What it means for you
- Values are close to flat. A home bought in fall 2025 is worth about what it was then.
- The value on your property tax bill comes from the Fulton County Board of Assessors, not Zillow. The city’s 2026 millage rate is up for adoption Oct. 26; our property tax hearings story has the rates.
- Recent sales are in our weekly real estate transfers list.
