Breakfast and coffee in Johns Creek line Medlock Bridge Road from Medlock Crossing north to McGinnis Ferry Road, with a second cluster on Jones Bridge Road and State Bridge Road. On the west side, Haynes Bridge Village and Old Alabama Square have a bagel shop, two cafes and a Starbucks.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Johns Creek’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places we found in the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and kept them only where the place’s own site gave a Johns Creek address, or, for places with no website or a site that would not load for us, where a 2026 inspection record shows them operating. We left out coffee counters inside grocery and Target stores. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Arwa Yemeni Coffee is a Yemeni coffee chain that started in Texas; Johns Creek is the only Georgia shop on its locations page.

Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli serves kettle-boiled bagels and New York-style deli sandwiches.

Brunch Bean is a breakfast and lunch cafe open every day until 2:30 p.m.

Dunkin’ has two Johns Creek stores. Dunkin’s location pages would not load for us, so 2026 state inspection records confirm both are operating.

Dutch Bros is the drive-thru coffee chain’s Medlock Bridge Road stand, with ordering ahead in its app.

First Watch serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, including juices and, at this location, alcoholic drinks. It runs an online waitlist.

Hen Mother Cookhouse is a breakfast and lunch cookhouse with separate weekday and weekend menus. Seating is first come, first served. Our brunch guide has its house rules.

Lavena Cafe and Nine Lives Coffee have no websites of their own; 2026 state inspection records confirm both are operating.

Reveille Cafe serves breakfast and lunch daily in Haynes Bridge Village.

Starbucks has four Johns Creek stores. The Medlock Bridge and Abbotts Bridge store has a drive-thru; the other three list outdoor seating.

State + Jones Coffee is an independent coffee shop open weekday and Saturday mornings.

Toastique is an all-day cafe in Old Alabama Square serving toasts, juices, smoothie bowls and espresso.

Uptown Cafe takes online orders through its site, which does not list hours; an August 2026 state inspection record confirms it is operating.

Waffle House has two Johns Creek restaurants, both open around the clock.
