Asian restaurants in Johns Creek cluster on Medlock Bridge Road, from Medlock Crossing north to McGinnis Ferry Road. The H Mart center on Abbotts Bridge Road and a center on McGinnis Ferry Road hold several more, with others on Jones Bridge, State Bridge and Old Alabama roads.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Johns Creek’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places we found in the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and Medlock Crossing’s own tenant list, and kept them only where the place’s own site gave a Johns Creek address, or, for places with no website or a site that would not load for us, where a 2026 inspection record shows them operating. Japanese and sushi. Kani House and Sushi Momo serve lunch and dinner with a break between. Fin Sushi & Thai takes reservations. Rakkan Ramen, at Medlock Crossing, serves ramen with a 100% plant-based broth; its site gives no hours.

Korean. Ari Korean Barbecue takes reservations. Arirang K serves Korean and Japanese food with a full bar. BBQ+Rice serves rice bowls. bb.q Chicken and 99 K-Chicken & Pizza serve Korean fried chicken.

Chinese. Masterpiece serves traditional Chinese food including dim sum and Sichuan dishes. Yifan serves Chinese dishes and hosts events.

Thai. Chaba Thai is at Medlock Crossing and is closed Monday. Dee Thai lists curries and fried rice. Thoom Thai & Sushi posts separate carryout hours on its site.

Sites that would not load. J’s Asian Cafe, Pho-Tastic, Poke Rock, Sushi Sumo and The Pearl Chinese & Thai have websites we could not read on Oct. 6. Each has a 2026 state inspection record showing it is operating.

No website. Bogle Bogle Tofu & Noodle, Chew Seung Roo, Hikari, JJ’s Sushi Mania, Koko’s Sushi, Le Mekong (Vietnamese), Mr. Bento, Mr. Lin, Papa’s Dumpling, Sumo Hibachi & Wings, Tsuki and Xi’an Gourmet House have no websites of their own. Each has a 2026 state inspection record showing it is operating; call or stop by for hours.
